Refurbished controllers have OEM shells, are fully inspected inside and out, with any worn parts replaced, and have new TMR joysticks installed and calibrated. Some minor marks may be present and unavoidable on these controllers - however, we prioritise controllers in the best of conditions!
New controllers are in retail packaging, upgraded with your choice of add-ons - TMR, clickies, Back Buttons.
Custom designed controllers are fully serviced reconditioned controllers inside with many new parts. New TMR joysticks are installed and calibrated, and a new custom outer casing shell and buttons makes this controller look, feel, and operate as if it were new.
